The Ultimate Scripture Mastery Cheat Sheet: Preach My Gospel 2.0
President Jeffrey R. Holland of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles described the new, second edition ofPreach My Gospel as "possibly the best document and manual available in the church". This marking system places it quite literally at your fingertips the Gospel of Christ to help you undestand doctrine, principle and application.
"Hello fellow scripture lovers. This is Sister Nannette Judd. My husband Joel and I are serving a mission in the mission office of the Florida Fort Lauderdale Mission of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We are over all of the housing for more that 200 missionaries and take care of 76 properties. It is challenging work, and the Lord has helped us every inch of the way. I want to share something that has really been a personal blessing to me. I wanted so badly to become a Preach My Gospel Missionary on this mission! But as Senior Office Missionaries, we don’t have the time, we don’t receive the same training, and frankly we don’t have the same opportunities as the young ones. However, one afternoon I suddenly remembered that my great friend, Maraly Ledezma Frandsen, had created a scripture marking system using the four basic lessons in Preach My Gospel. I wondered, would following her plan and marking my scriptures for the PMG lessons help me become a PMG missionary? Maybe. I contacted her and she kindly shared her program. I LOVE IT SOOOO MUCH!!! I am learning so much. I am a lifelong member of the Church and have always made scripture study an important part of my everyday life. However, as I mark these verses under each subject outlined in Preach My Gospel, my testimony of the blessings of the restoration of the Gospel of Jesus Christ is growing. Our mission here will come to an end in less than two months, but frankly I have no end date in mind for this study. I want to spend the rest of my life becoming a Preach My Gospel missionary."
